LODHA

Lodha, the brand of Lodha Developers Limited (formerly Macrotech Developers), was founded in Mumbai in 1980. It is listed on the NSE and BSE and has delivered around 110 million sq ft of real estate. Its developments include World One and The Park in Mumbai and Palava, one of India's largest planned townships.

Lodha is active in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Bengaluru, and is starting projects in NCR (Gurugram) from FY27. In the past it has also developed projects in Hyderabad and London. In Bengaluru, Pattem Estates lists its current projects, including Lodha Haven on Hosa Road in HSR Extension.

Lodha builds apartments from compact city homes to large luxury residences, duplex garden homes and penthouses, as well as villas and plots in its townships. It also develops offices, high-street retail and warehousing. At selected projects, Signature Lodha Services add property management, hospitality and valet parking after handover. Both. Lodha has delivered around 110 million sq ft so far, and handed over about 6,373 homes in FY26 alone, while many projects across MMR, Pune and Bengaluru are still being built. Possession dates vary widely between projects and towers, so check each project's RERA page for its current status and completion date.

Look up the project on the state RERA portal, such as Karnataka RERA for Bengaluru or MahaRERA for Mumbai, and note the completion date. Ask whether the area quoted is carpet or super built-up, and get the payment plan milestones in writing. Also check which resident services are included and what they will cost after handover.
